Under his leadership, Vishuddh Properties continues to deliver sustainable, customer-centric developments focused on quality, innovation and long-term value.

Founder

A second-generation real estate developer with decades of industry experience, Divakar has built a reputation for integrity, quality and customer trust. Chief Executive Officer

A seasoned real estate leader with over 30 years of experience across real estate development, business strategy and organizational management. Ravi has served in senior leadership roles at Brigade Group, Godrej Properties, Concorde Group and Alpine Housing. He also served as CEO of a leading child welfare NGO where he spearheaded strategic growth, governance and institutional development. His vision for sustainable growth and customer-centric development continues to drive Vishuddh Properties’ expansion across real estate, business growth and wellness-focused initiatives.
